The people at Egnyte are fantastic. This goes for pretty much everyone including the executives and founders. The product (the platform) is rock solid. It feels good recommending and selling a product that you are confident in. The leadership at Egnyte is very good at navigating changes in the market and making decisions that ensure the success of the company as a whole

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
