Nepotism runs rampant through this place. If you aren't a part of the proverbial "boys club" or in someone's back pocket, there is absolutely ZERO room for growth within. Middle management is trash. Despite numerous employees asking, begging for development to grow, you are met with "why nots" rather than "how can we get you there." - Focused far too much on whats not happening rather than focusing on a solution or opportunity for growth for the reps. They just hire new reps rather than develop the ones they have. Majority of reps ARE NOT hitting their quotas and again, how do they fix it? Hire more reps, NOT help or develop the reps they have.
