      Stable work environment with average salary offerings and benefits.

      Cons

      Egnyte is an 8-year old tech company that is stuck in a startup mentality. Instead of owning up to its weaknesses, management would rather defer to the "startup" excuse to avoid having to implement real solutions. Both Sales and Marketing departments have a short life cycle.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
