1. No KTs will be provided.. if you are a senior you are expected to understand everything on your own and take ownership with in few days of joining.
2. Team wouldn't be ready to support or help you understand things at Egnyte.
3. No proper work assignment, they don't understand how a team should work in a kanban or a sprint.. just blind assignments and false pressure to finish things which leads to day/night unsettled pressure.
4. You cannot voice out or cannot explain your side of things when there are allegations made on you.. YOU NEED TO ACCEPT EVERYTHING AND APOLOGIES FOR WHAT EVER THEY ASK TOU FOR EVEN THOUGH IT IS IRRELEVANT.
Only with a mindset of the above can work as it you would face this situation for sure. Biased management and surprisingly the HR also wouldn't listen to your side of the story. GREAT EGNYTE CULTURE as they call 10PM IST AS LATE EVENING rather than night.
