Thank you for the feedback. Flexibility, work life balance, and culture are very important to Eide Bailly and we're glad you appreciate them too! The Firm also cares about a competitive compensation and benefits package which is why we participate in a compensation study with the nation's top 30 accounting firms to ensure we have the best data available. In determining our salary ranges, we not only take into account the size of our firm, but also the geographical locations of our offices, which can have an impact.

Pros

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

Cons

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
