Pros
I had an opportunity to work for this company and I regret that. I would consider that as one of worst decision of my career, wasted some time here before moving out.
Cons
Lack of planning, tracking and coordination. Frequent changes in delivery due to lack of planning or miscommunication. Management itself has differences. You get to see the fight between the stake holders in US and the management in India during the calls. These things doesn't look good. Management do not know how to run the companies and one of the co-founder have terrible attitude and issues. He thinks he is a big shot when he is nothing. Be humble and give respect and thats how you gain respect. Needless to say that he is a dumpo so any advice do not have any impact.
