Pros
Eight Bit brings a company culture to the table that is hard to find elsewhere. They are passionate about what they do and have fostered an office of camaraderie and collaboration. It's a fun environment to work in and I enjoyed working with both large and small client projects. The work/life balance opportunities can not be emphasized enough. They care about their people and I think it shows.
Cons
Leadership has had to deal with growing pains over the years in expanding the team size and work. They are still evolving but in my opinion the trend is upward and positive.
