Pros
It's a great place to work for a first time job. You will learn how to work in a fast-paced environment and how to deal with people and work with a team.
Cons
If you are not a fluent Spanish speaker, then you may have difficulty taking customer's orders since some of them don't speak any English. You can't really make plans after work because you rarely get off the time you are scheduled to be off at.
