Pros
It's so appalling working for this management team that you band together with those around you for daily support and find Friends
Cons
- The dictatorship style of management that has ruled this firm for so many years is the reason it struggles from month to month. - the directors are paid above and beyond what they are worth when it's the staff on the ground and in the office that keep the place going - The pay is always below what you can get else where and there are no company benefits, some years you will be told to work through your own holiday or come in when the office is closed. - there is no real progression here for anyone who values themselves in a role - You will be expected to help cover work for other departments with no notice and minimal training and may never be given to choice to return to your own role - If you are unlucky enough to be managed by Iain directly you will have some of the most memorable conversations of your life - If you are team leader/management there is no work life balance available unless you are in the inner circle
