In Washington, no commute to Portland: no traffic to fight with. Great Boss who is very easy to work for and intelligent.
Cons
Sometimes wheels of progress can move slowly. IT staffing hasn't always allowed for all requests to be fulfilled. People aren't always willing to work their hardest to get the job as a team.
