Pros

Almost everyone at the company is good to work with. Their professed values are excellent, the execution of them is very poor.

Cons

Poor senior leadership that does not grasp the difficulties of the field, poor pay and excessively narrow minds regarding promotions.

Pros

A clear path for career growth with clear compensation expectations. There is no guessing at EA, if you truly want to be self-accountable for your skill advancement this team makes it easy. A work community that truly enjoys working through problems and finding a solution. Not one team member is lacking in their passion to live the Vision!

Cons

Not many Cons if you truly desire to work with GRIT and find JOPY in what you do.

Pros

Some good people to work with (excluding ownership and leadership team) and some good people that care a lot that you could learn from.

Cons

Used to be a good place to start out in the industry and learn and you could progress and move up but that stopped. Raises are minimal, even for certifications or promotions (have to fight to even get an $1/hr raise) and that’s if you even get them. Usually they just move the carrot and continue to find more reasons not to promote someone. Employees are all over worked and under paid and way under valued (got a 30% increase when I went to another company). Management is more concerned with their image and keeping unreasonable promises to their customers than the well being of their employees. They also do not do yearly compensation increases or even evaluate compensation to stay competitive and will not hire anyone until everyone in the department is burned out and begins threatening to quit. Also, be warned that if you are not a conservative Christian or do not agree with those values, you might feel ostracized or judged for having differing views. And politics and religion were frequently brought up in the workplace which might also make some people uncomfortable.
