Procedures and processes do not exist in this company . People have been making repeated and costly mistakes on a daily basis for years , yet everyone , including global leaders turn a blind eye to it as they have no backbone to address anything . There is no respect given to any employee in this region . Leaders in the global head office and Singapore regional offices favourite phrases are we trust you , we believe in you , we are transparent , we truly want your feedback , to name a few . Yet it’s all words and no action . Management protects lazy and long term employees and continually makes excuses for them , yet disregards revenue raising people who are hardworking and those trying to drive change . They will lure you in with big promises and career advancement and once you have joined they will pigeon hole you as one of the convicts described above . Mention the words Electrolux Professional to anyone in the commercial food industry and watch them laugh at how dysfunctional , archaic and hard to work with they are . They will try to change your contract and negotiate you to get less pay for more work in the long run . They will also take their time to respond to you during negotiations in the hope they exhaust you . Don’t expect any form of pay rise or bonuses as they are always promised but never happen . .
