      Small and easy to get to know a lot of people. Nice facility. Not anything more to comment.

      Cons

      Company is resistent to change. Does not provide clear expectations or training. Long time employees do not welcome new people. Age bias.

      I always look forward to the 9:20 break where there is fresh popped popcorn in the breakroom each week.

      There is only one Friday during the week.

      Pros

      I have learned so much about the aerospace industry since I have worked here. Its a very busy, fast paced organization but I really like that because the day goes by so fast. I love my team and we are very supportive of one another.

      Cons

      I wish they had remote opportunities.
