Pros

I have learned so much about the aerospace industry since I have worked here. Its a very busy, fast paced organization but I really like that because the day goes by so fast. I love my team and we are very supportive of one another.

Cons

I wish they had remote opportunities.

I always look forward to the 9:20 break where there is fresh popped popcorn in the breakroom each week.

Pros

Pay and Vacation are high. You can get recognized at monthly meetings. I enjoyed most of my coworkers, but that’s just because misery loves company, and they’re in the painful trenches with you.

Cons

Everything else. This place is emotionally abusive. The CULTURE here is about which VP or president can yell louder or make you feel worse. The turnover is so high that you have less than a 40% chance of lasting a year. Whether by choice or not. Better to just not waste your time and kill your resume by job hopping here, just to have to job hop again within the year. They try to give you a $25 gas gift card for 1-2 people a month, or celebrate once a year, but it’s not worth the long hours, the shouting and slamming that the senior leadership team does, and the back door deals that VPs do when they’re ready to boot someone. “We will never do anything unethical, illegal, or immoral” is the catch phrase the president uses, meanwhile on a near-weekly basis, someone at the VP or HR level does something unethical, illegal, or immoral. This place is not a good place to work. You should not work here. The HR person who reached out to you, the manager who messaged you on LinkedIn, the person who recommended this place to you is constantly trying to recruit because they can’t keep anyone. Instead of growing their team, they just emotionally abuse them or fire them. Lastly, there actually are conversations that I’ve heard where management has literally made illegal comments about hiring people like “They’re going to be a DEI problem, we shouldn’t hire them” or “they’re too old to start in that position” and even blatant comments about sexual orientation. Your time is the most valuable thing you have. Do not waste it here.
