Amazing Management (c level and mid-level) : - the direction of the company is great - managers are very knowledgeable and supportive - very personable and friendly, genuinely care about you and your growth The work itself is very interesting. Ideas and contributions from everyone are highly encouraged They are very flexible to work-life balance as long as you're getting the work done, which was very helpful to me. Team members are great.
Cons
Some people might not be into working remote? Honestly the only con I have found is the shock that comes with dealing with other companies and not having that same level of competence in the management.
