      Some people are nice and can help you when you need it

      Cons

      - Lay off 2 times per year - Very unhealthy conditions for work - Completely Incompetent management, they don’t understand basic things about the industry - Very toxic hr team who never pick up the phone

      Pros

      -collaboration -ample training provided with supporting training documents for future reference -friendly and supportive coworkers -quarterly bonuses

      Cons

      -rare promotion opportunities (always given to the same five employees) -lots of overtime work that doesn't get compensated if you're salary -many quarterly targets are simply unobtainable (management will make it seem like an individual/team performance issue) -no job security -efforts will rarely be acknowledged or appreciated -HR in favour of the company, not the employees

      work can get extremely bust during Peak Hours, but it helps improve time Management
