Good Perks Nice Benefits The cafe is nice, along with the building, decent pay, but not worth it.

Short-sighted management tend to cut costs for short term gain Poor work life balance, constant state of crisis, understaffed and overworked employees due to a lot of manual processes and the inability of IT to roll out new applications or modules due to old deprecated technology. There is no training related to your role, this sum to the fact of the perception that management is part of an elite demoralize employees.
