Pros

A decade with the same company is a long time. I have seen so many iterations of us, experienced so many highs and just as many lows. When I started at Element Three, we were 7 people strong. We grew as large as 80 people and have now settled in at about 40. We did so many things right and well and we did a whole lot of things wrong along the way. The learning has been incredible. Hard, but incredible. It feels like we have grown from toddlers to full-grown adults over this time and have settled into a place of wisdom and maturity that allows us to do anything and survive anything. We have a world-class employment experience and leadership development program. We have a team of pros who are dedicated to lifting each other up and providing our clients with an experience of excellence. We have a hybrid work environment that respects the autonomy of our employees and space to come to work that is a first-class experience. We have mastered EOS and run our business like a well-oiled machine and we have a leadership team that focuses on fostering growth in people and business so they can change the world.

Cons

We work hard. Not crazy, but the smart kind of hard. Our team is made up of really, really smart and capable A players so you have to hit the ground running here. We have some processes that still need work to be more efficient and less frustrating. We are a culture of accountability so you are expected to play a key role in solutions to problems on the regular.

Pros

E3 isn’t just a place of business, it’s a training ground for success. Coming into the business from a much smaller org, I felt like I started over in my career. From process to culture; to work expectations and performance KPIs, it was just a different breed of humans. I spent almost four years here, and I can honestly say walking out I feel like I have top-tier training, best practices, industry knowledge, and the highest level of expectations for what good looks like for my future in both business and personally. But make no mistake, you need to come here ready to work. Put in what you want out of it, be honest with your leaders, and be honest with yourself about your goals. They’ll be there every step of your path if you’re willing to put in the work. Coming here was the best decision I’ve made to date.

Cons

I don’t have many pieces of negative feedback here. Be prepared to change often, E3 will flip and shift when it’s necessary, and that requires people to do so as well, that means you need to be ready for change and willing to build the plane mid flight. If you’re not willing to do that, this may not be your arena. It’s important to know that pay is earned and you will need to work for financial growth. If you’re someone who just expects raises for showing up and doing the bare minimum or your job description, this may not be the right place for you.
