      Good management, great money and I had good coworkers

      Overheads above GM suck and are super greedy. Feels corporate and they abuse server wage

      Get food discounts Marriott employee hotel discounts Flexible hours

      Cons

      Unpredictable income. Some days are great, others can be slow. Worst days you still make $20/hour in tips, which is still good
