      - Some very smart people at the company, especially on the tech team - Ability to work from home

      Cons

      - No best-ideas-wins culture - CEO refuses to listen to feedback, even from potential and current customers - Management are just yes men for the CEO - Company is playing catch up to other players in the web3 infrastructure space and can't seem to get ahead of the competition and build something that hasn't already been built

      Pros

      The team here is very smart and fun to work with. You are given a ton of ownership which has its pros and cons. Pay is great for a Series A startup.

      There is still uncertainty in where the product is going, so the problem you are solving can change at any moment.
