Pros
Elephant, having leveraged the reputation of Huge as their design parent, has attracted smart people and interesting clients. There have been plenty of people who have come through here capable of doing amazing work, and clients looking for it. They will likely continue to attract both.
Cons
It's a sweatshop. It's also an agency founded on a non-compete agreement, not a vision. It's really just a resource for Huge to funnel business they can't take somewhere else in the family. Client demands outstrip any other priority, so don't look for any consensus on what the right decision should be for the business, the office, or the people in it other than the business leads striving to satisfy client demands at any cost - stress, overtime, emotional well-being, ridiculous deadlines notwithstanding. The account folks run the roost, and creative is subjugated. Huge (pun intended) egos abound. Everyone believes they are there because they are the hottest talent to walk the Earth. Mostly, a lot of Huge Inc. alums who talk with cultish devotion about the old parent company like it's the only agency in the world. Expect to work with a lot of young, inexperienced designers and UX people with a chip on their shoulders, highly political, unhelpful account leads, self-interested climbers and Machiavellian creeps. No culture, even less joy, and pitiful compensation - regardless of the billings generated by top-shelf clients.
