      A company that puts its mission to change education at the center of all it does--that creates a culture that attracts people who work together well. The environment brings out the best in people to work hard on a big, complicated problem with a positive attitude.

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
