      - The people who work here are amazing and they want to see you succeed - Compensation plan is really solid i f you work hard

      Cons

      - Work/life balance is lacking pretty hard. They expect you to work more than 40hrs a week most weeks

      Able to choose your schedule, lessons available for programs using Elevate K12 curriculum

      Cons

      Communication, availability of teaching opportunities, strange interaction between multiple layers of "coordinators" who don't seem to know each other, lack of reliable pay
