We get to work with students both inside their school environment, as well as outside school doing activities, taking them to college campuses, and exploring different career options. We have a lot of flexibility when it comes to mentoring students and how we can best connect with them. Our company is all about empowering at risk youth to build stronger character in order to make better decisions so they can be as successful as possible.

Because we are a young organization, there are many policies and structures that are still being added.

It has a great mission and does important work mentoring youth. Good benefits, good time off.

Regular nonprofit problems and then some. Overpaid, useless executives and managers seem like their doing it for the ego boost. Overworked, only okay-ish paid staff, trying hard because they believe. Staying even when youre miserable because you believe in the work, they claim to support you but never follow through. Exapnded into a bunch of new schools but now theres big money troubles and people getting fired and quitting.
