Fast-paced but rewarding work in the outdoor industry, good work-life balance, supportive and authentic management.

From what I've heard and reading past reviews, the new management seems better than the last so I haven't experienced any cons yet.

-Mostly great and super passionate people to work with. -Solid employee discounts on all the brands they make/sell. -Beautiful new HQ building, though it's in Bellevue so few can afford to live anywhere near it.

-Nearly all of the perks that made the company worth working for have been taken away in the last few years. -Owned and managed by a massive PE firm, and it's managed and run accordingly. -Multiple rounds of RIF's in the last couple of years...nobody feels safe in their job.
