There is an immediate sense of cohesive approach to team spirit at Elevate2. All teams work really well together and this is often achieved through a top down perspective where there is good direction. Hence I credit this success to the senior management team and the CEO for encouraging, adopting and promoting great team spirit. Elevate2 have a strong team of talented staff in the industry and have a strong connection with their clients. The company's position in the market is also at an enviable position because of the hard work and smart efforts at play which sets it apart. This position is also achieved and maintained through the striking team spirit strategy Elevate2 incorporate. Office facilities are great and location is right in the middle of Bank - London - and easily accessible from Bank, Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations which is attractive to professionals commuting into work.

There are no immediate cons as yet due to the fact that I am a recent hire and too early to properly identify any.

Elevate2 is not just a technology company, it is a family. Management listens to our ideas and appreciates our efforts. We enjoy the freedom to explore, learn and innovate, unlike any other company. I love the company's laid back and relaxed approach in most fast-paced projects. We are most productive when we are relaxed. I don't look forward to weekends anymore.
