As a management I would like to reply that - this employee joined from one of the gient Indian Service company by taking a hike of 100 to 150% CTC. Assumed that the work culture will be similar where you can get away without working. It was a strict WFO job but self delcaring to WFH without intimation, not logging in for meetings, not delivering on time resulted into her termination. If we have to terminate someone we dont wait for 2 yrs. we give 3 months max 6 months to prove the capabilities before we take such a call. We welcome good talent with a sincerity for the work they have accepted. Most of our team members are working with us since 5 to 8 yrs now.
