      Pros

      Good pay, nice work/life balance. Great kids and school environment for our company to teach sports and the correct curriculum. Awesome regional managers and the company are very helpful if you need help!!

      Cons

      no benefits. sometimes no work due to school schedule (e.g. Christmas 6 weeks off for us!) no pay! No advance notice for scheduled time off. You have to have another form of income on the side to make this job financially feasible. Not for the faint hearted! sometimes the kids are a little rude or misbehave! Some coaches that you work with are better than other coaches that you are put with.

      Flexible hours and scheduling, very fair policies. Pay was good for an entry level job.

      Lack of communication throughout the company, not much room for growth.

      I love the people I work with and the company's mission. My team is very strong in what they do. I also love the flexibility and opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher and there's chaos amongst senior leadership.
