Easy work mentally. Not much goes into making a pushrod. Unless you’re in maintenance and you have to fix equipment. If you are in the inside click you’re untouchable and not held accountable.

The work that is expected of the worker is crazy. There is no air conditioning or heat. In the summer time the furnaces are always turned on and it is unbearable. There is not any proper ventilation so the place is full of smoke. Seeing what jobs the temps had to perform made me sad. Standing by the furnace had picking pushrod tubes and hand loading them into a basket for 10 hours. While the temperatures exceed well over 100 degrees. This place should be avoided at all costs.
