      Pros

      Full-time paychecks were nice, even nicer with overtime. Working with the pastry chef taught me so much, and the executive chef really helped me hone in on my bread making.

      Cons

      It really helps to have prior experience. Season is horrible and if you can't take pressure it's not a good job.

      Some of the coworkers and management were great.

      Splitting tips 5-6 ways when there is no sense of teamwork or unity is asinine.
