Pros
-Talented, creative employees -Still some creative freedom
Cons
-Most of the employees are super talented, both on editorial and video side, but management blocks a lot of great content, and forces you to put out clickbait and/or tone deaf content. -While Elite Daily's audience AND staff is majority female, the couple bros in charge are sad their fraternity is falling a part and have a hard time listening to the women there. -Management scared for their own jobs, so they're not looking out for anyone else but themselves. -Daily mail is making Elite Daily it's mini me - obsessed with views, clicks but absolutely no strategy or direction. -The place has NO voice. - Salaries are anywhere from $30,000 to 6-figures. All over the place.
