Pros
The recruitment process was very straight forward and Swati Sethi was very hands on throughout the initial stages. Communication was at the forefront and I was kept up to date and informed every step of the way. The offer process was quick and Swati kept in touch with me in the run up to my start date which was lovely when coming into a brand new industry and made me feel valued before I even started. The day I started I had a Teams call scheduled in with Abigail in HR and she couldn't be more welcoming and helpful! She ran through everything that I needed to know and more and kindly handed me off for my IT induction.
Cons
I joined in the middle of the re-brand which was a challenge around emails and logins however it was quickly ironed out
