      Absolutely nothing, apart from some hard working people

      Cons

      Low salary Staff are forced to work long hours with no extra pay No staff benefits apart from meals on duty and small discount on already expensive hotel Salary gap between senior management and management is massive Only one way communication and its from top down Staff forum happen every month but the only topics in questions are the ones that benefits the hotel

      Beautiful surroundings fantastic support across the hotel teams good benefits and training

      Cons

      Senior management are very out of touch with the in house teams and take a dictatorial approach rather than asking/accepting honest feedback
