Cons
Salary payments are highly irregular, and in some cases, employees are not paid at all. The management repeatedly gives assurances but fails to act on them. Working hours are often underreported, leading to underpayment of teachers. From a student’s perspective, enrolling here may not be advisable, as frequent teacher turnover disrupts continuity and makes it difficult to complete the syllabus properly. If the salary is paid(underpaid), it is credited only after 40 days. For August classes, the underpaid salary comes around October—if lucky.
