Terrible Company, even worse CEO - Lead Software Engineer Elite IT Team Employee Review

Intra-team culture is really good. People here are nice and the culture within teams has not been toxic at all during my tenure. Good if you want to join the company as a stepping stone (6-9 months max).

The management is confusing and/or confused. No clear direction, no clear decision making and no transparency in terms of managerial decisions. Poor financial incentives and no learning opportunities in the long term. The management does not value seniors. I don't think anyone in the company is with 5+ years of experience (3+ at best). Fun part: Majority contracts of existing employees are expired and have not been renewed.

It’s been almost three years since I’ve been working here, and one of the best things about this company is its culture and work convenience. The environment is very supportive, with no project overloading, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. All employees, including managers, are extremely cooperative and approachable. The company provides all the necessary resources required for remote work, similar to what a local office would offer. Over time, the management has improved significantly, unnecessary meetings have been eliminated, and teams are now autonomous, making work more efficient and focused.

In the early stages, the overall management structure was weak, and there were too many meetings, which sometimes affected productivity. However, these issues have been addressed, and the company is now handling things in a much better and more organized way.
