Helicopter Boss Management is always talking negative in private chats about their employees Favoritism always for the employees who suck up to management If they dont like you they will let you go asap They are very much hiring overseas to not pay US employees more No Benefits

The only advantage they have is that they hire to work from home. That’s it.

3 partners with different visions. Management is a joke. No real leaders. No real HR department that knows what they are doing. 1 partner belittles and causes hostile work environment. Accounting department dictates everything. Nothing but favoritism. Looking only for yes-men. Speaks ill of their longest lasting employee. Expects too much.
