Kind, creative, thoughtful work environment with a great client list. A very human work-life balance fostered and all voices matter. Zero politics. High regard for the quality of work.
Cons
More of a trap of being a small company rather than a cultural issue, it's hard to advance professionally even though as much opportunity is given as possible to take new challenges on. Is sometimes too democratic for its own good.
