      Pros

      Office location is good and you'll get to work in a sector that is somewhat unique in Ireland.

      Cons

      The founders have poor regard for people and consistently treat their staff badly.. I also found many examples of investment opportunities being mis-sold to clients (in my view). The business is not properly capitalised so they live hand-to-mouth and promise good bonuses in the future - which will never happen.

      Pros

      Colleagues are very friendly and assist with learning. Having the ability to learn and work with top Venture, Client, Investment and Real Estate teams is something not possible with any other companies in Dublin.

      Cons

      No drawbacks to this experience - honestly.
