Pros
I genuinely have to say this is the best job I’ve ever had in my entire life. The work life balance was immaculate. My manager was every’s dream manager. I had a fantastic team that I worked with. The company had a wonderful mission and with it being women driven it was very collaborative in a way that helped the company and each each other thrive.
Cons
My only con is that they had a wave of layoffs and as you can see publicly in the post EV no longer services clients unless they are affluent and with that, a lot of business had to be let go to Bettermen. Although the staff didn’t get another company transfer.
