Good people to work with who have strong professional backgrounds and you can learn a lot from them, it's a healthy work environment where your opinion matters and everyone is respectful of each other, perfection towards your work is essential which can sometimes turn off people who cannot take constructive criticism, great benefits and flexibility of work hours.
Cons
Everything that comes with working for a small company but that can be a good thing as it can help you gain skills that you would not otherwise have in a larger organization setting.
