I worked at Elliance for over 3 years. I couldn’t have asked for a better first job. I learned valuable skills that could never be learned in a larger agency. Working in this collaborative environment alongside brilliant and talented colleagues with diverse backgrounds, I got to learn all sides of the marketing business and add tools to my tool belt that have been a catalyst in my career. The CEO has created a culture of respect and the open exchange of knowledge and ideas. This place provided me with some incredible teachers and mentors.
Cons
Elliance has definitely found it’s niche in higher education marketing. They do this really well and have gained a lot of expertise here, but if you’re looking to work with a diversity of clients and learn to market for multiple industries, this may not be the right fit for you.
