Good Company - Growing Period - Operations Elliot Employee Review

I did my apprenticeship through Davis H. Elliot, and worked for them for about 6 years. I left in early 2013 (Glassdoor will only let me pick as far back as 2021). This place was like family. It was very well put together. They paid for your hotel rooms 7 days a week. Going on storm work out of town was some of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. They always took very good care of us. The training was great as well. I have nothing to complain about with this company. Even though they are non-union, I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to do linework.

4 day work week. Crew is decent

This company is very much dog eat dog. A couple guys in the crew will snitch on you for nothing. Foreman is impossible to get along with
