Family owned business. Great coworkers The owner is very involved and will spend the busy Saturday’s with the employees.

Fast paced during the summer months. Not much work life balance during that time. No room for growth.

Casual about certain policies such as punctuality dress code smoke breaks etc

Unless you are lamar marlo kyle or Shanna you are expendable. It seemed like the most problematic people got to keep their jobs for far too long while good people got let go or quit due to how they were treated. Dui's, selling drugs and doing drugs, open racism, stalking, all known issues with people that got to maintain employment. They literally just hang on to everyone until they quit. Favoritism is rampant. There's very few cameras so theres no accountability for other employees so theft and personal property damage runs rampant. Pay is unfair. One person with no former experience was being paid 2 more dollars an hour than me. While the same person was being paid 4 more dollars an hour than the person that trained her.
