The company is a great place to work, great opportunities to grow and learn in an environment that values teamwork. Management is beyond reproach. Compensation is given after achieving self-learning objectives. Benefit packages are great but not perfect.

Handling work of several projects/customers can be challenging at times. There is no compensation for the actual time spent in self-training. At times, the potential compensation of achieving a learning goal does not compensate the level of effort required to achieve it.
