Pros
Colleagues were generally collaborative, hardworking, and good people to work alongside, which was one of the few consistent positives during my time there.
Cons
I joined the company with high expectations, and initially the experience was positive, and was largely and solely attracted due to the promise of benefiting in the LTIP equity scheme, which was presented as a strong long-term incentive and alignment with company success. Initially, things seemed positive, but this quickly changed. Priorities and KPIs were constantly shifting, often without clear logic, and targets regularly felt unrealistic and disconnected from reality. The lack of consistency created confusion and unnecessary pressure. Leadership was highly authoritative and domineering, with a clear top-down approach that left little room for discussion. Staff turnover was high, with many new hires leaving within six months. Senior leadership presence often felt excessive. There were frequent end of day speeches and company-wide meetings that extended the working day and often with little or no notice. Leaving on time during these sessions was discouraged, creating the sense that work-life balance was not respected. Overall, what started as a promising opportunity turned into a toxic environment driven by poor management, inconsistent direction, and unrealistic demands.
