It’s whatever most the older cna are mostly jealous with the younger cna only pro is that they work with your schedule.

so many cons but dsd doesn’t really care about the cna’s concerns same goes to the Administrator. they just saved their own behinds and yours on the line. you get beat up by a residents and rn & lvn do not care at all. so it sucks but have to start somewhere
