Elm Street - under new leadership - has been a solid place to work. The CEO isn’t afraid to build new things, despite negative trends in the economy. Teams are great, job security is good (but you’ve got to put the work in).

Work life balance is good, but it can be difficult for A players to avoid piling up responsibilities and “grinding”; little opportunity for promotion, despite stepping it up individually.
