      Pros

      Nice people at store level Good progression ladder

      Cons

      Salary is minimal if not below average, no real benefits. No worm life balance expected to do 6 day weeks without getting a thank you and when you say no to doing the extra day it is made feel extremely awkward.

      Staff and other colleagues make the job as good as it is

      Cons

      Salary and hours are the drawback. This can be rectified by reducing the working week by a couple of hours

      Really nice work environment, manager is so lovely and accommodating to staff requests. Good staff discounts multiple times a year

      Cons

      Building is a bit run down, not maintained well by the higher ups.
