Pros

Hybrid working - one day in the office

Cons

- there are no employee benefits it’s all a salary sacrifice. - only 10 days enhanced sickness pay - micromanagement and a top heavy company - you will always be expected to work over your hours and they will not pay you for that time. - account directors tend to over promise to clients and ridiculous deadlines. - no people of colour in the company it’s predominately white and white led, I’m sure you can guess what happens with a company like that for POC - toxic culture of bullying and gossiping and no accountability from senior management - everyone in the company is burnt out, unhappy

At elvis we value employee feedback and respect the right of our current and former employees to share how they feel. We always do our upmost to learn from any thoughts shared, both positive and negative. We carry out a detailed, anonymous employee satisfaction survey each year and conduct exit interviews with anyone who chooses to leave us. This review does not seem to reflective of any feedback we have received from our team to date. Our latest survey in October 2024 showed that 100% of our employees are happy at elvis and the agency scored 9 out of 10 on how likely they would be to recommend us as a place to work. If you would like to speak to us in more detail about your review, please reach out to our HR team on HR@elvislondon.com

Pros

They have free drinks in the kitchen

Cons

Toxic environment - very cliquey - will throw more junior members of the team under the bus to cover up for senior managements incompetence. I've seen grads and junior people fired when trying to save failing accounts mismanaged by the senior team. Very arrogant Creative Directors - the senior leadership hasn't changed in years but junior staff are churned out all the time. Some of the worst project management people I ever worked with when I was there - extremely argumentative and toxic. They throw these sad fancy dress parties which are only to try to portray this image that they are a fun place to work but it's just for the cameras. Since i've been there they've downsized considerably so clearly people are realising what this companies about.
