Pros
Good Mission: You serve a good cause usually helping those with a range of disabilities reach new heights or at least provide a safe space.
Cons
You will always be severely understaffed working along side a body of up to 80% temps. The pay is horrible, there is a motto among Elwyn Employees: "There is your Elwyn Job and then there is your second job". Also they have this new "Servant Leaders" crap going on that just agitates the situation. Since literally for everyone who actually works with our people we have not seen any effect of the brand new leadership that has cost the employees so much.
